PaladinI know staying chill is about all we can do but putting up complaints is also important so the provider realizes that there's more than just a few people upset. I wouldn't disparage his need to vent at all.
I mean, keep in mind that we are taking someone's word that the product is what it says it is, will be delivered in a particular way and by a specific method and if we don't get it, there's nothing we can do about except complain. Meanwhile your hard-earned money is being spent poolside on Jumbo Prawns.

Again customer support NEVER told me they're having issues with customs. Why would they tell part of us it's custom issues and others that it will ship within 5 days.
I bet you money the next time I email them they will say they're having custom issues and just keep on dragging it out.

I understand that issues can arise with a business like this but you cannot let people keep ordering if you know you will not be able to fulfill the orders in a suitable timeframe. That is absolutely unprofessional especially with products like these were time can play a huge factor on the persons health.
I'm outraged by the non-existent communication they had with me so far and will most certainly not order from them again.....even though this is my first bad experience with them it has been enough.
Hope I get my gear soon...I don't shit money so I cannot afford ordering more whenever I want.

As of now there are no delays as these products shall be shipped from another warehouse. Hopefully no more delays occur

I asked if I should be anticipating any shipping delays. That was his reply. So I think that they will begin shipment in August out of Moldova after reconciliation with customs. In the meantime they are shipping from a different location...

I have gotten in contact with naps gear a few times, always got a response immediately. All of my questions were answered in detail the moment i've asked them. Taken anavar, and clen gp. Worked to full effect pretty quickly. Great company, legit gear. Will not be my last order, highly recommended.
