well it is a sad day, i have had so many good outcomes with naps but it times like this that do happen and unfortunately i must wait to see if this is addressed and corrected before i just back on,, NAPS please recover and reach number 1 again sir

My package apparently shipped. The tracking number provided does not work!!!!! Fake tracking like suga15 is saying???!!!
I order Gear beginning of July and saw the issues with naps after I placed the order. So it was concerning considering it was a good size order . Everything appeared to be Normal all emails confirming pick up and even shipment. I even got a tracking number so I thought I was home free. Well it appears now after waiting a month that the tracking number was a bunk tracking number . My question on here has anyone received a shipment from naps in the last month. It appears we are all getting burn by naps .
I placed order 23rd of July. Paid 2 days later. 1 week later order updated to shipped. The provided tracking number shows it has been processed through facility. Waiting for the eagle to land.....

I ordered July 12 and got mine last week. Sorry to hear you're having problems. Mine went as smooth as I could have hoped for. I need to place another order but I'm kinda worried about them now too. Thinking maybe my first order I just got lucky. Or maybe they sent me some bunk gear I've read about too. Either way my order went well. Hope yours gets figured out.
That's good news bro at least some us or getting our gear. I really do think they are having major issues just because things have been so bad. Since there last seizure in February like Rusty mention don't think they have recovered from that. Another Top Source mention these problems where coming a fews months ago I guess they where right. Will see if naps proves everyone wrong . As of now they are looking like they have been on damage control but looks like the ship is going to sink.
I placed an order on July 1 and it was delivered within 2 weeks. I know I am probably in the minority, but just answering your question.
Thanks for the info and no worries I know they having issues and it's not easy running this type of business otherwise we would all run our own companies . What happen to the days naps was the sure bet now it's like we rooting for the heavy underdog. Create the infamous ticket will see what they come back with.

It's been 40 days since they picked my money up. Still processing/pending. Two weeks ago it was apparently going to be shipped from another location, but just now when I asked CS, they're saying it's going to be shipped from it's original location.. "in the very nearest days"....
So I'm guessing my gear is just flying to different locations except my house

It's clear that naps are either having issues or simply taking everyone's funds . They should be removed from the Top 10 until they fix there issues. They have 67 unread messages last time I checked . I hope no one is taking the bait of the 30% coupons and placing new orders .

Naps refuses to give me a refund for an order I placed nearly 40 days ago. It has not shipped and I continuously get the run around. I have submitted 2 tickets now. Will update. Very displeased and pretty pissed off, actually.
They do business when it comes to taking money it seems.but that's about the end of it.
Why instead of telling people this and that why not get real and say the truth what's up.its that easy...it's been a broken record for way to long saying the same thing over and over.how hard is that???naps...be real with the people that do business with you,why leave people hanging with miss lead hope..that's unprofessional and not good business..plane and simple!!!
Exactly. Cannot believe they are still taking orders while also totally effing over a bunch of us who placed orders over a month ago. Very disappointed.
