I ordered and within minutes the pop up started showing the sale. Before I even got payment instructions, I put a note in the comments area where you put ref # etc. Asking for product to make up difference in sale pricing. Next day got payment info, coupe days later submitted payment info. Then I asked if they were going to honor my request.
Ok, you ordered but didn't pay yet??? All you had to do was just forget about that order and start a new one with the GP discount!!

I need a little help: After (10 minutes) I placed my order last week, the pop up for the sale on GP products popped up. So I put a note in the "notes" section directly below where you put sender/receiver info when you have it.. I requested some extra product (my order happened to be GP stuff) to make up for the sale price. Order hadn't been paid yet. A couple days later I input the info and sent a note to help asking if my request would be honored. They said you cant change your order after you paid. I indicated I requested this before I paid. They went on to say they couldn't see a request on my account. I can see it when I log on to my account and go to view. Anything a mod can do?
Dude, why are you making this so difficult...go to your account, view orders, cancel order, place a new order. Good lord
