Mine shipped the 26th of last month and it's been stuck on Preshipment like 28 days already haven't got a customs letter yet.
I had the same problem. My order came in two shipments. The first from one location shipped and got here pretty quick. The second pack from different location just updated last night that it was stateside. Think it for marked shipped the 27th or so? I'll have to look again but it's coming brother. Mine was slow too but it'll get home I'm sure if it.
