Received my shipment that took FOREVER considering my usual T/A expectations but 2 days before the "reship-where is my gear policy" had to be used.
None of my tracking updated from the time it got stuck in original country of origin.
Was also first time my shipment was stopped by country of origin customs and oddly enough...literally an hour after it arrived.
Anyway, mine came in and I thought I would share with everyone to be faithful in yours doing the same.
This time of year has great deals but horrible shipping delays which is usually not at the fault of the source!
If we could only get the INSANE deals during the lightest "package delivery times" of the year. LOL

Apparently I made a terrible mistake of not deleting old addresses. Killit3 got shipped to a house I moved out of over 2 years ago. I thought I had deleted old ones so I didn't bother making sure it was going to the right place. I told Naps, hey man I fucked up and I'm not about to go ask the new people there for my illegal drugs.
Reshipped. Even though I'm the dummy. Thank you Naps. You guys rock.

I know nothing about these people. So anything is possible. Which is why I'm not going to the house. Most likely scenario is that they don't open it and stash the box or throw it away. If they're an asshole, they'll open it right away and either use it, give or sell it away, or call the cops, or again, just throw it out.
I just talked to an old neighbor who says he runs into the new occupants every few days or so. I told him I ordered Christmas gifts and one of them may have gone to the old house but I feel awkward knocking on their door. He's going to see if he can ask if they've gotten anything... I know they have...
I also figure, if they didn't open it right away or throw it out already, the longer they have it the more likely they are to just say fuck it, let's see what we got. I was initially just going to chock it up as a loss, until I ran all these scenarios through my head, with my real name on the package too. Hopefully they hand him an unopened box and my publisher's clearing house grand prize check.

That would be terrible and is entirely possible. When I order illegal goods I verify the address like an OCD freak. I look at it, then compare with a recently received letter and then make my wife confirm.

Until I went to check tracking that said it's already been delivered. I thought it was stolen from door at first. Then I saw the address... Gonna have an old neighbor check with the new people.
