Would just like to apologize for criticizing naps went to my bank found out the problem was with coinbase. blocked them had to get a new debit card so they don't take money out of my account again. Really sorry for jumping to conclusions just on the coinbase app it looked like they sent the money. This is my first post. sent naps $448 using coinbase yesterday. my order said 498 but they owed me 20% off for a batch of Ed pills I never received. which they claimed they could not verify but ended up telling me more details about it. I got locked up and couldn't receive the order and it got sent back to them order was old because I was locked up for 2 years. they claim they don't keep anything over 30 days but how did they know any details? try their online support was not helpfu.l sent in a support ticket to the billing department never got a response back. looks like they're ripping me off I know this order is not that expensive but I don't make a lot of money and sent them just about my entire savings. I read on different boards a lot but do not participate. If my problem is not resolved soon I will tell the entire world about this I have a lot of time on my hands and we'll go on every single bored I can all day. Just to clarify order yesterday was for juice and not same as Ed order

Naps do not put a return address on any parcel so they did not get the order back . I can not see how you think it's naps fault for you being In jail and the order being destroyed by the post office

Well then how have I had orders turned around at customs how does it get back to them then and it's two separate issues the money I sent yesterday and that order they gave me 20% off because they could verify it or were supposed to because they had details they don't clear their stuff after 30 days like they claim
Think about this if naps or any source put a real address on a parcel how long do you think it would be before customs and the cops go to that address and bust everyone lol . Regarding the second problem with the money can you explain that again I did not fully understand it
