They say they finally sent my order from early Dec with a tracking #. Where do I go to look it up?

I ordered from Naps back in June of 2011. Like everyone else I waited and waited and waited for my order to come in, which seemed like it would never happen. I kept on them with emails and got the same responses as everyone else also... "We're having trouble with customs, your order will be shipped again from a different location". I continued to stay on them, and eventually 3 1/2 months later I finally received my package, gear was g2g just like the old Naps. I have a bro that ordered from them in November, and he received his package in 2 weeks...Also said his gear was g2g. Maybe they've gotten back to their old good ways, but I personally won't order from them again because of the hassle I had.

recieved geneza gear in October, 24 amps of 250 ml of test e. Took 6 months to arrive. Is it gtg?

This was taken in my bathroom cabinet! No but this is what I got from a simple google search. Dated Dec 13, 2011. Sting operation was from March to Nov 2011.

Guys, Naps has been pretty much shut down for a couple months now.Not to mention that GP and Balkin labs fell in a huge bust, both of which are two of Naps biggest suppliers. I realize someone there is still taking money and running a chop shop but take a stroll around and you will see on many other boards that they are indeed done and screwing people over. Do some research before you order, trust your sources. Sorry, but i'd chaulk these guys up and your money as a loss. See below, just a couple good examples..

"24 weeks ago I made a $700.00 order with Naps. I still have not received the product. There has always been responsiveness on their end, but obviously they have not been telling the truth. The countless stories they have given me never seemed to add up or make sense. The excuses also frequently change.

4 Weeks ago I was told my order had probably been "lost" and was "resent" with a new order number and should take "2-3 weeks max." It's been a month and nothing. So, after waiting half a year and Naps having been paid in full since day one, my experience has been that they are liars and thieves. No one should do business with Naps...ever.

There are too many other reputable dealers out there to have to mess around with juvenile thieves masquerading around as a legitimate business; Naps has proven themselves to be a fraud. I have since used other sources to purchase product and have received my orders with a week or two.

24 weeks and still no delivery is a joke. There is NO excuse that makes that acceptable. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NAPS!

If by some miracle my order does manage to arrive in the future, I will update this status so that others can know the truth about what is going on`

Where do I begin...I'm extremely disappointed with NapsGear customer service and their "business model". On 12/1/11 I signed up for NapsGear.net and placed an order the very next day. 3 days later go by and the MoneyGram notification letter came to my email stating the money had been picked up. Since 12/5/11 I've had nothing, but constant excuses on why the order has not been delivered. I ordered 3 simple things and the only item shipped has been my Retin A, big whoop! As of today 1/4/12 I'm now being told that my order was processed and dispatched from their warehouse, however the package has not left yet and due to the holidays their experiencing difficulties shipping. Now, I'm being told my order will not ship until 1/16/11. I am not like most people who will just sit around and wait. I paid $120 for expedited service which brought my order to $500 total. I'm not completely unreasonable the problem is that all I keep hearing and reading on sites like this are excuses.

So... my question is why hasn't anyone "YET" let the cat out of the bag and told MoneyGram that this money being wired is for a BUSINESS (which is asked of NapsGear to remain quiet about it in their wiring instructions) it's not a relative/friend like MoneyGram assumes from how we place the orders. That will definitely send a very loud and clear message to NapsGear that they're customers are tired of having their money stolen right from underneath them. None of us really have a clear understanding of their operation, but excuse after excuse is not acceptable. We pay a lot of money to these people and remember the currency conversion even from our weak dollar is EXTREMELY good in THEIR benefit. If they can't comply with their own standards then why should we continue helping them make money and rewarding them when they don't deserve it.....? I hope someone from their company is reading this and understands that we're tired of the BS and we're not going to take it anymore.`

Like said boys, look around...you`ll find all you need to know about this piece of shit.

Ok, so my buddy makes a $700 order from naps 2.5 weeks ago. He receives half of his order yesterday and yet, here i am still waitin on my $300 order from December 4th. It would be nice if someone from naps can explain this !!!
