agreed. naps caught a bad name here last year (somewhat rightfully so), but theyre certainly back and ive always enjoyed their site/prices/and have had decent experiences with their customer service

So I made a $200 order from these guys back in March and still haven't received anything. There is a tracking number with some entries from Moldova but nothing outside of that country and no messages from customs in my country reporting seizure, etc.
My products from other sources arrived somewhat more quickly. How long should I wait before I give up and order again from elsewhere?

We are in the same boat bro. literally, exactly the same. Placed order end of march, order was shipped a couple days later. Tracking number has not been updated since March 29 (when it was scanned in outgoing country). Still no package. Only difference is, my order is twice as much as yours ($400).
Just placed first decent sized order and got it 9 days east coast us these guys have always came through quick for me most ever took was a month

It was meant it's a pain having to deal with the extra steps of accepting all the friends requests just to PM someone rather than be able to just contact them directly!!! I think you that don't get packs or that have problems with naps service either 1 y'all are stupid or 2 you are rude when you contact naps. I've made 6 or 7 orders from them in the past year and only had1 problem. I contacted the naps rep and bingo, new pack showed within 20 days and they put me extra gear for my wait...
Rude? I'm not rude... but the customer should be able to be rude when ever the fuck he wants .. and still get the same service.. if he's paying... that's just business.. Customers always first..

well ive just received another nice shipment from naps, deca, sus, (sachets) and a bunch of nolva, clomid, and anastrozol. in around 40 days. ive used their sus before and was very happy.
would love to see some npp in sachets
