There is a sign- in for Napsgear to order stuff and there is a sign- in to write up a ticket for a problem you might have. They respond through emails on that ticket. I had access to the main page to order stuff up until this afternoon. I forgot my password to write up a ticket so request 4 different time over the last day or so to have them send me my password. This way I could write up a ticket. Since customer service tells me I'm out of luck. I figured best way to resolve this issue was to write up a ticket. Early this evening I was locked out of the main page to even order or review my prior 2 orders. i have been locked out and a order that was payed but never delivered. Napsgear management hope your on here and we can resolve this issue....

Hi napsgear, I have made some progress today. There was a very nice young lady in customer service that set me up with a temp password. I have then set up my password to a personal one. I was able to submitted a ticket on the order I made back in Dec. I hope this will have a happy ending. If you need any info from me to speed this up please just ask. I thank you for even responding to my email.
Nice Bigtallz, Wish I could say the same. I'm just hoping someone on here from Napsgear will look into my situation and resend me my first order. I will be on here and will inform everybody on what happens....
I just got my order in 7 business days. just as fast as some domestic sources. this will be my second run with Geneza, it's one of my favorites.
I have placed two orders back in Dec. First order was last seen in NYC back in Dec and the second order which was mailed 4 days later already delivered the same month. I have called about the first order several times to customer service and they gave me nothing but the run a round. These were my first 2 orders with Naps. I have heard nothing but good things about their service and reshipment if any problems arise. I have to say I'm very disappointed at this point. I tried to send a ticket in to Naps but forgot my password to file a concern. I have asked several time to have password mailed to me and nothing. I have been locked out of my acct as of today. The friend who introduced me to Naps can not believe whats going on either. If anybody from Naps can help me, I would appreciate it and turn this not so good experience into something to brag about.

Yes I think Naps is very smart they know that if they handle business on this promo people will start ordering from them. The selections is awesome.
