Guys back when napsgear had that shipping problem i had an order lost and a guy working for naps as no help so i gave up on it.... well recently before the promo when naps became more active i brought up the situation to him... he tracked down the order and it went to wrong address.... naps quickly fixed the problem with extras you could say... the pack landed today.... has fully restored my faith with his actions
