Does anyone know when I will get my order. I ordered from napsgear on April 2nd. On April 4th it changed to paid/processing and April 7th my order was shipped and I used EMS (10-12 days) delivery. I paid extra for it. It says 9 more business days until I receive my order. The guy won't answer my emails anymore is it a scam?

Hey man. It has been my experience that paying extra for faster service from overseas won't reall make a difference on the amount of time it takes to get your order. And as far as people like alphatiger busting you for worrying, just ignore guys like that. I have crossed paths with him in the same way recently. Use pm or open forum. Both are here for you as well as the rest of us. Good luck.

As much as I don't like the way Jcishere94 is going about this it is important that we let Naps do his customer service with this guy. I am very confident in Naps and just placed an $1100 order, however, this isn't our job to do customer service. Roid Noid made it very clear to me that this is considered being a Fan Boy. I agree that he is freaking out without much merit, but this is Naps issue.

It says on the site they supply tracking like 10 days after order....the trackers never update so ....there u go....u dont really need it as its useless

I remember on there site it showed I had like 10 days left and Bam it was in my hands each time. I'm glad naps is on top of there game right now

You need to relax man.....seriously. You'll get your gear. Who gives a shit about a tracking number? Did you know when you register mail it's easier for customs to snag it? Chill out.

No idea 'when' but fair guess is you 'will'. This guy just gave me, and about 100 other guys 300 dollars free gear and good stuff too! Also, I saw them running it on other forums, so like a couple comments, use their customer service, they answer. Napsgear gets 5 stars from me, brother and they aren't going to lose reputation over one order.
