It is very common. Certain things are shipped from different locations. View your order on naps website and it should tell you how your packs are broken down. Your order will most likely be in more than one package received on different days.

WeatherwedIve made just over a dozen orders with this company in the last 6 months. EVERY pack came in half the time expected. Usually 10-11 days total. My hyges even arrived in 5 days. That's no fan boy sh-t that's the facts.

Been waiting since late April for my pack. Though it got seized early May, I still haven't received info wheather or not it has been re-shipped. Submitted the seizure letter the day it came in.

I wire transferred 950.00 on 4/30. Billing department keeps telling me it wasn't received but my Bank has confirmed 2x that the wire transfer was sent to correct IBAN and the receiving bank would have sent notice if there was a problem with transfer. I feel totally ripped off.

If you had a supposed "bad batch" of some of this man's gear , What would you not try to work it out with him? I don't give two Shits how big you are man.
