First order tracking number says its still sitting in NY since July 15. Contacted Naps and they immediately reshipped the order and I received it approximately 2 weeks later. Haven't tried the products yet but I hope it's as good as the service has been.

Give me the real deal here people. I'm new to ordering gear and keep getting pulled in different directions about who to order from. All I ever hear is that most sources (even the seemingly reputable ones) pick and choose when to scam and keep your money, or send bunk product. I hear naps is the real deal and takes care of his customers. What about new customers like myself??? My money is not something I like to be played with. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

naps has admitted to having some issues in resent times with payment pickeup. I myself made my first order about 3 weeks ago and had it as "payment processing" for about 5 days. I emailed them to make sure everything was alright and bam they were back on track and I got my pack in the appropriate time frame. In my book naps is gtg but you have to understand that 1 they are very busy and 2 the are international so you need patients and there is no need to freak out.

TronBro, keep in mind you are not ordering products out of a department store catalogue here. In this game simply put... "shit happens". And I see naps had a few issues come up but now they are back on track again. They are going to get you your gear but you need to take a different approach on how you are handling this. Be patient and know you are dealing with a top 5 source here. I know how it feels to be waiting on gear trust me bro. And I am not a rich man so when I send money I expect product. However, some times we don't get it when we want it but the point is you will get it. And don't put a different sources name on a review or the ask and discuss page of another source bro. Things do happen, sources do get backed up. And the volume naps sells it can happen with receivers. I don't think any other source moves the amount of gear he does or even come close. This man gives away hundreds of thousands of dollars of gear at a time. Very generous source. Send him a pm creating ticket after ticket just slows the process down. You might get docked for source cross posting very disrespectful. If you really did place a order and don't want to wait cancel the order collect your funds back and order somewhere else like a Canada domestic site.
