im curious about your situation since i've been thinking about being a naps customer. im guessing your order got seized and you showed him the seizure letter and voillah, re-ship? out of curiosity isn't there a risk involved with that or am i just being paranoid? thanks man ahead of time for the guidance.
Hi mate, yes my order got seized but Naps offered a re-ship very early on.
I offered a suggestion to Naps so we could avoid a re-ship but that was not possible, we thought it through and reached a solution which proved successful, this took some time though but Naps was spot on and did go beyond the call of duty for me.
There is always a risk involved but these guys do care in my opinion.
The seizure letter is still at the post office, with the tracking number you can see the parcel as been with Customs for a while now, and I don´t think I´ll be picking that letter up pal.
Read the terms and conditions if you haven´t yet, if you are happy with them Naps will not let you down.
