Everything on point except hgh got seized but after a month it was fixed and that's not there fault stuff happens and they still came through like always never have to worry about these just customs deejaying things that's it witch has nothing to do with them.

+ 1I've ordered from naps 5 times now and they are by far the best source I've ever had! Excellent quality gear, especially Geneza products, excellent communication and customer support and the shipping always is faster than their timeframe. My favorite part of their website is the wire transfer feature for payment as this makes it extremely convenient for me without having to use Western Union or MoneyGram. I also really appreciate that they post the lab reports for most of the Geneza products. I have a heavy chemistry background and these lab reports indicate that Geneza makes excellent, very pure products.

Communication and customer support is very good and very fast. One time I ordered using bitcoin and Naps used a different bitcoin conversion rate than I did so I ended up being $7 short because of the variation of conversion rates. I sent in a ticket and was contacted almost immediately saying that it was not a problem and that they would ship my order right away because $7 was nothing to worry about.
My order came in 2 separate packages, the first arrived in 8 days and the second in 10 days, both exceeding the expectations of their 2-3 week window. Packaging is always discreet, well packed, and protects the gear. I have never had any damage to any vials or any crushed pills in any of my orders with naps.
I am very pleased with all the experiences that I have had with naps. I am glad to have a site that provides top quality gear with the convenience of a wire transfer payment method. Naps is the only site that I will order from and Geneza products have never let me down.

+ 1I was referred here for information and checked out the sources which led me to naps and another place which i will do later once received as is separate. I am new to this all and did not know what to really expect. First off all went as expected for the most part and cannot really complain. I just wish i would have did more research prior, i did not order PCT stuff which is going to cost me somewhat, but there is a sale on such so i can't complain there as well.

Pretty fast communication, accuracy due to carrier sync in the states created a barrier that would not allow naps to help me even if they could so i would have to say they did everything in their limits. They were very helpful with payment problems though.
Well i expected around 2 weeks as most people state that is the amount of time they receive theirs. Mine took exactly 29 days to receive which is a little beyond their 3 week max window, but being my stuff was from China it is understandable with that bottleneck situation. Packing was nice, tight, and discreet with no breaks in gear.
Shipping/Wait time kind of sucked, but all in all the stuff is worth the wait for sure even thought there is always that customs seizure fear/return to sender being that its not domestic. All looks professional and clean though, Test was crystal clear, oral tablets looked professionally made, and syringes were clean/sturdy.
Only real downside i am having with the gear in terms of side effects is inability to sleep, but i read that is quite normal for some people, so i will have to match it with some sleep aids that wont interfere, also will be doing blood tests in about a week or two and will update when i receive.

I've ordered from naps 7 times now over the last year and a half. Before that I tried 5 different companies that were rated on eroids. I had problems with all of the previous 5 sites - subpar products, expensive products, long shipping times, scammed all together and no refund ---- THEN I FOUND NAPS - THEY ARE THE BOMB. very fast shipping sometimes less than 7 days from the time I submit money, awesome gear - no doubt the stuff is legit, very good deals and affordable!

+ 1This was the first time I have ever used this site before. My buddy had told me about them a year ago but I already had my sources and never felt the need to change. However, once I realized they accepted Bitcoin and gave an additional 20 percent off, I was sold. I would highly recommend this site to anyone look for amazing gear. They are doing something right obviously, no wonder they are number 1!

Quick disclaimer: I'm sure Naps provides quality service to 80% of it's customers as seen by the positive reviews here, but needed to write this to warn the 20% that will end up getting screwed over.
Ordered 6 items 2 months ago (end of August), after 4 weeks I received 1 item and absolutely NO correspondence about where everything else was. After 2 more weeks of waiting (6week) I received 3 more items, some of them broken, still missing my Tren & Caber (crucial for starting my Deca). Now I'm going into my 9th week of waiting, still no Tren, still no Caber, still no replacements for the smashed vials I received from India.
I can't count the amount of emails, live chats, and messages on here that have been answered with "just wait two more days and if it still hasn't arrived we'll re-ship".... they won't. I've waited "2 more days" going on 5 weeks now and nobody there has done anything to help.
So to all my fellow gear heads, order with extreme caution. DONT order anything shipped from India and just know that you're taking a risk. You may get your order in 2 weeks, you may be waiting 8 weeks later like myself and there's nothing you'll be able to do about it.
I'll definitely be trying out any other well reviewed source instead of these guys.
