I have been going through naps for many years. They have always been consistent and ALWAYS come through. They have amazing prices and a huge variety. Just an amazing source. I have tried many different sources but naps has been around and stays around.

-1Always have had good experiences with naps, nothing negative until now. Not really that negative but I haven't received part of my order which shipped rearly November..I still have not received 20 bottles of geneza test e. It says it was shipped from Hong Kong on 13 Nov and status hasn't changed. I am unsure of the next step I should take as I talked with naps and they have always been there but are running me in circles telling me they will reship and then they don't and say they have to wait for something..I just need to know exactly how to get my products. I have been a customer for years and have never had one problem. I'm now out 20 bottles of test e :(

This is where things get difficult. I had no problem getting a hold of NAPS. The problem was I was told my items would be reshipped and then I would ask again and I was told it was awaiting supervisors approval. This happened a couple times with them even asking me a new address for them to send my products to. I sent the address and then checked up a week later and was told to keep checking and to provide a copy of non delivery from usps. Tried contacting usps and couldn't get that. I now am unsure of what to do.

Regarding this order I didn't need to contact support about nothing. Though in the past I have had to contact them one time but they responded in a timely mannor and my issued was resolved.
Shipping is not bad. I receive my packages normally within 15 days of payment. Never had an issue with any package except for one time where the post office lost a package. Through nap support I was able to send them info regarding this and within 8 days they had sent out a new package.

Neither was needed on my end, I ordered, received confirmation, and it was on its way. I don't believe in constantly emailing or sending messages until AFTER the delivery window because it is worthless to do so.

I've tried 8 or 10 different sources on this site and some are decent, many are not but Naps is consistent and a source I can always count on. There's been a couple snags here and there, which should be suspected in this business but Naps has always made it right.

On average Naps is spot on. There has been special circumstances that can extend the T/A a little longer but that's completely understandable. I have no complaints.
Naps is and always will be my go to source. They're competively priced, their gear's high quality (at least the GP brand), their promo's are awesome, and while there's been a few snags here and there, which you should expect, they've always came through for me.

Naps has always been good with their responses and communication. From providing tracking numbers, to inquiries about recommendations on products, to just checking in to see how I was doing, and how I was enjoying the products. It's pretty crazy actually. They really care and want us customers to be thrilled with the service/experience that they provide. I have always gotten a response within 24 hours. Granted there is a time difference and all this is pretty good. That being said, I really haven't needed to contact them. Payment is always collected quickly, and package(s) are always shipped out within a few days. Accompanying emails notify of every step throughout the process. Order accepted, payment accepted, payment collected, packages being prepared to be shipped, package shipped with tracking number.....
They are as quick as can be coming from overseas to the U.S. I always get my package within 2 weeks from when I sent the money. Even during busy times of year like now; Xmas season or the summer time. Packaging is tight, secure, and discreet as can be. Pressed tablets always arrive in tact without chipped or broken pills. I've had a few broken pills, but never smashed ones. Amps have no problem making it either, and they can be fragile. I've ordered elsewhere and have definitely received my share of oily packages with broken amps enclosed. Not from naps though, I've to date, not had any issues with this.
I send friends and family to their site all the time. When I'm on cycle, it's difficult to conceal this fact, and I do get a lot of inquiries. Every person I've sent to them that has placed an order has been grateful that I put them on to Naps, and they have bettered their body composition and beaten their PR's as a result. Same goes for me. I always write this, but if any of you forum members wants to contact me, send me a FR and shoot me a PM, I'll gladly give you my experiences with this company further than I have written here. I'm also grateful to the Eroids community for putting me onto a source of this nature with such a great reputation and pride in what they do. I get the same experience as if I was dealing with a retail store! And this is pretty much frowned up by the legal authorities in most countries. Have fun!

-2My review is for an order i placed a month ago from naps which i never received. placed an order for geneza only products because usually there quick to be delivered to the states. It has been 3 weeks since the tracking # for my package says it left hong kong. Everytime i talk to naps they give me this automated crap about usps doesnt track packages anymore from certain countries. STOP FEEDING ME THIS BULL NAPS AND TELL ME WHERE MY PACKAGE IS!! Im so pissed because i have a show coming up and i depended on these guys to come through. No wonder they can never stay at the top on this site. There communication and shipping absolutely sucks.

+ 1This review will be for some of what i have ordered. Naps is a stand up guy and has never let me feel other wise.
Dragon Pharma EQ300, 2000iu HCG, 200 Vermodje winny tabs, GP Exemestane and GP Test Cyp.
The communication is spot on, i had one question during the process and it was addressed promptly.
T/A was about 15 days including weekends and holiday. The pack seemed like any other piece of mail i would get. It took me longer to open than most, everything was very secure and nothing broke.
I hope my experience will help someone out there. Naps is a great guy to deal with, the whole process has been very easy. He seems to go out of the way the insure you are happy with the service. I will def be a repeat customer.

Naps is fast in cummunication , have always respondede to my pms within a day or 2, and tickets within 48 hrs, if it takes more is because these some holiday and they got swamped, so they slow down, but rest of the year is flawless.
Package was sent secure, tight takes 3 or 4 min to get in it, disguise is very well engineerd, you would never know what's inside the pack, time arrival is always within 2 weeks, 14 business days.
Ok so I recommend naps very much, products are all good in my opinion, but if something is not right naps always goes out of is way to make it good, quality all around..

Listen, Naps is a international source if you are excepting fast this maybe the wrong place for you. But if you have the patience to wait then this is a great place with alot of product on their site. When ordering from international sources have at least a 30 day waiting time in mind, if it gets there sooner then all the better. With Naps product of the week and being able to get products at half off it's a win win....

+ 1Review long overdue from back in October had some issues with eminence labs with my order getting mixed up with somone else's... Reshiped but still had issues tracking the order finally got new tracking but again it was delivered to somone in another state. Customer support was good a little slow but somone always got back to me and so did naps on here. In the end it took a little while but naps fixed everything and I ordered again just from a different company like he asked me too. I like the products from that company they worked as they are supose too but Dont think i will order from then again.
