Before I place my orders, I send Karl the list of items about to be ordered, price of each item as reflected on the website, manner of shipment, method of payment. The response from Karl was "Yes I Confirm" Order price confirmed to be $64.00, however, I sent $70.00 as a reward for previous great service. After payment went through on same day, I sent Karl an email to let him know. He acknowledge my email by stating "ok bro". On Jan 02, 2017, I requested status since I had not received the order. The response was "very bizarre, I'll reship". On January 31st, 2 months after my original order which was supposed to be domestically shipped, I requested a status and the response was that "the order is on 103usd bro, we've never got 103 usds from u" and requested a copy of payment which I did send -that was a $64.00 order for which I send $70.00 after he confirmed. In the course of our bickering and after I sent him a screen print of payment Karl stated he would send more than what I ordered (I'd be satisfied with what I ordered). It's now March 25th 2017, over 3 months since the original order and I still don't have the product and am short $70.00.
This is NOT a domestic order and you know it ! you simply didn't pay for domestic, and you actually managed to place the lowest price possible order in our site which includes more then 70 items congratulations ;)
Just as I confirmed we shipped the order 2 times as a fact, and if you show me an e-mail which is not replied within few hours I'll get u free products in 1000usd - go now and show such thing to a mod as this is a lie.
We use for such order unregistered mail, first it's safer and faster considering that it's below 25 grams as well, but also it's ridiculous to pay 38 usd for priority international delivery.
I have no clue why u miss the order 2 times but I more then assume that it has to do with the mail service on your side,

Since then I have received multiple conflicting emails about the status of my order. Initially they said there was a holiday then they said there was a problem with customs and now they are they saying it was shipped "ages ago" and they should get a "final report" in a few hours. I'm quite confused what a final report means and I'm also confused as to why they said it was shipped ages ago but prior to that they didn't state if it had actually shipped. Also, I have asked in the most certain of terms when was the exact date when the order shipped and they keep saying they will give me the update during the weekend but it has been nearly a month since payment has been sent and received for this order. I just simply want to know first when was the exact date my order was shipped and second where is my product because I am out of the product and need to get back on my stuff. And remember I paid USA domestic delivery for this entire order. I have ordered from Sciroxx before multiple times and never had this much of a problem. Karl is always on point with his responses and his information is always accurate but this has been going on for too long.

I sent my order paid beginning of March. I got half my order domestic WEEKS later, where a broken vial leaked through the box, 5 of the vials not even labeled, the rest were mismatched tops colors, and products missing from the order.
I was told he would reship ASAP. He claims he send packages that were with no tracking for "safety purposes." He claimed that the that package was lost in the mail...He then said to work with him because he 'lost' on this...The I was giving a tracking number that wasn't even mine; that ended up in another state. In other words, I feel I was giving this track to futher keep my mouth shut.
The reason why I will never touch this lab again is that he took my money, but then said he couldn'' do the order totally domestic, so essentially i paid domestic prices for an order that was half international. In other words, I paid more than I needed to for terrible service; unlabeled products and a bunch of liars.
And it gets worse. After waiting almost two moths for the rest of my order:
I just got the other half today; all the orals are loose in separate baggies, no pouches, no labels. There is no way I can get rid of these to people. He claims this is for safety, yet no other pack was sent aside this one with the pouches in labels. He also didnt' tell me this would be the case.
He also claimed he would compensate me and send free IGF1 Kit. Where's that? No where. So in other words Sciroxx is full of shit or they have become grossly incompetent; either way, its bad.
Fast emails yes, but full of bullshit promises, unprofessional packaging, and a waste of time. I found a domestic lab comes to me in 2 days and I will never deal with Sciroxx again.

Sciroxx is an amazing brand. I believe they have high quality products. Have used the sciroxx HGH and tren ace. I had all the good and bad sides of tren and they were stronger in case of sciroxx.
Karl is knows for his excellent customer service and quality and this was my second order from him without any hesitation.
This lab has been around for a while and seems like they have a solid setup.
Took sciroxx clen alongside Abdi T3 and had great results in terms of fat loss.

Just thought I would share with everyone if you order from sciroxxonline.com and select USA domestic delivery, you will not get USA domestic delivery. Instead you get international delivery which takes 2, 3 sometimes 4 weeks to receive it in the mail. And the product comes in a paper envelope with the glass bottles wrapped in paper towel. This easily explains why the last two orders I placed on sciroxxonline.com they arrived with glass bottles broken inside. I notified Karl but he thinks this is some sort of rare event. He said the person taht does the shipping for him is really good at what he does. I find that really funny considering this has happened to me on two separate occasions. How about they consider putting the product in a box so this doesnt happen in the future. Circumstances forced me to make a very small order to replace a vial of Pentadex I borrowed from a friend, I have waited 5 weeks for the product to be delivered to him. I have been told Several times I'd receive a tracking number and have not. I honestly don't care about a track number I just want the product delivered! I've used Sciroxx products exclusively for the past 5 years, Karl has always made sure I received my products, I haven't a clue what the problem is, I plan to be make my semi annual order within the next month but this transaction is concerning me, I'm wondering if Sciroxx is under new management, they've always been totally up front with me in the past?

This guy has answered ALL my emails in a timely manner even some that did not pertain to any business at all, that spoke volumes to me about him. Ok now to the real deal, and yes i use those words to describe this product, which is top quality product. I am actually on cycle right now and my goal is to gain 15 solid lbs. and i already know i will reach my goal, this stuff has hit and hit hard.The anavar is very good it has me cut really good vascular and tight and feeling pumped all day LOVE IT. Rare to find good gh in Canada
