I just sent you a personal message that details exactly how my order was handled from start to finish…an email that went back and forth at least a dozen times…please read and I look forward to your response…I’m certain you will agree that there were mistakes made on the part of sciroxx. I consider myself intellectually honest especially in the words I choose to describe the fact of my ordering experience. Again, please let me be unambiguously clear—I was willing to re-order for only one reason…I think your products are good—very good! I made no claims otherwise. Our mutual friend whom I value his opinion, swears by your products, coupled with the fact of my own personal gains. My friend and I ordered and coincidently was sent and received Hexodex on the same day—his stuff had labels. I think in any business, mistakes sometimes happens—as in my case with my first order. I started the unlabeled Hexodex today and look forward to providing an honest review. I hope we can resolve this matter because I would truly enjoy being a return customer that can echo all the positive sentiment I hear about your company—rather than an unhappy customer.

I replied to your PM, to be honest I still have no F'n clue how 4 Hexadex vials which arrived unlabeled bacame such issue.
I explained that these were shipped to my remailers unlabeled as we have to disguise the products as other goodies, and simply in this very specific case my domestic remailers missed these specific labels, if I could guess that this would be your reaction I would delay u in another few days and u would get it with labels. Rest of the products arrived labels. incl' anti counterfeit codes which appear on sciroxx.com. You're more then welcome to test the products, actually I do strongly encourage you to make serum tests to confirm this Hexadex dramatic effect.

Just like in your first usage with Sciroxx you'll more then appreciate the effect.

Keep me posted, and keep the members here updated with your feedback, I'm always here to make sure u get any assistance u may need bro

To Update on my order and review on the quality. I decided to try Sciroxx because of there great reputation and word of mouth from guys i highly respect that swear by it. I can easily say Sciroxx gear is the real deal, i have tried different labs and this is by far the best one. I felt the kick right away and i have only been getting bigger, stronger, and more vascular every week. The quality is amazing. Eat right, Train Hard and Get on Sciroxx gear if you want to perform at your best. I will deff be ordering again they have made a life long customer out of me. Thank you Sciroxx

This review represents my third post regarding issues related to how my two initial orders were handled. The issues were customer service related and not intended to cast any doubt on the products quality. In fact, I have benefitted immensely from my first order that consisted of Pentadex, Cypionate and I’m now experimenting with Hexadex. The title of my first post was “Unhappy Customer” and since posting a week ago, Karl has personally reached out to me to correct everything. I am currently tracking a package that will make everything more than fair. I will be posting again when the package arrives and at that time provide additional feedback. Based on how Karl has responded, I’m hopeful this issue will soon be over and I can look forward to placing my third order!

I consider myself to be an understanding and empathetic guy. I understand that mistakes get made and I'm willing to give people the benefit of the doubt. However, I draw the line when people make "mistakes", lie and take advantage of me. This has been my experience with Karl and Sciroxx Labs.
I was initially hesitant to do business with K because of several bad reviews he got from customers. Before ordering from him I let him know of my apprehension. He assured me that he would make sure that there would be no problems when ordering from him. I took him on his word. I have placed 3 orders with K over the last several months. None of them have gone smoothly. In this discussion I'd like to focus on my last 2 orders which are still not complete. For a detailed description of exactly what transpired you can look back 4 wks on this forum. Essentially what happened is he shipped both of my orders in 1 shipment, missing several items on each order. My first response was I private em'd him twice but got no response. It wasn't until I explained my dilema on this forum that I got a response. K's response was "Browski, come on, I'm avail 24/7 on my mails." Really? The bottom line is that 1 month ago on this forum K stated that he was sending my missing 4 tren and 6 eq EARLY THE FOLLOWING WEEK. He failed to mention my missing Cialis here. However, when I asked him about this on a private em he assured me that I would receive all of my missing order. He then asked me to write a kind review on here for him because he said that I made him look bad. I took K on his word that he'd make good and I wrote a pos. review saying that K assured me he was taking care of this and that I was willing to chalk this up under sometimes shit happens. Since then I have received the 4 tren on 6/1 but still no 6 eq or Cialis. On 6/6 I asked when I could expect the rest of my missing order. His response was "soon". Ok. On 6/14- 1 wk. ago, I sent K another private em asking if and when my order was shipped. A week later- still no response from him. Like I said earlier, everyone makes mistakes. My problem with Karl is that he only seems to care about his customers when he is put in an unflattering light in front of the world on forums such as this one. If you look back in the history of this forum you'll see people waiting 9-10 months for their gear or sometimes never.If he really doesn't like what you post he'll delete your post. Then, if they finally get it, K pleads with them for a good review which they sometimes give. I take no pleasure out of having to write such a shitty review. I told K from the start that if he simply delivers to me what I pay him for in a reasonable amount of time that I would be a loyal customer for many years to come and that I would represent him well on the forums.

There can't be such case period. Only chance that you miss anything, and I'm familiar with each and every order, is that you're located in Canada.

First and above all I'll make sure that if somehow I owe u anything you'll get it shipped, even though deliveries to Canada (as well as Australia and Korea) are not insured.

I would never miss one mail on my Gmail, I would like to see one mail which wasn't replied within 24 hours there, or I pay any amount.

I would like to see one order to insured location which is not delivered within reasonable time.

I smell here a blackmail, I know that what is paid for is shipped immediately, I can't control Canadian customs. As always I'll handle it with full respect - reply to my PM

Holy shit Karl, what are you doing over there? First of all, I'm in the USA, which you should know if you had any intent on solving this problem. Secondly, you claim to respond to all ems in 24 hrs.? Ok I'll show you the thread on my private em showing that you still haven't responded to my em from a week ago. Wtf do you mean you'll pay any amt.? You make no sense. You would like to see one order to insured location not delivered in a reasonable amount of time? Ok. How about 2 incomplete orders? I'll pm you the order #s. How the fuck can you accuse me of blackmail when any retard can go back 4 wks. on this forum to see that you agreed that you screwed up my orders and promised me you were sending my missing gear early the following week. Note that the private em I sent is not under blastncruz em but my personal em.I want to make it clear that I did not place an overseas order.I agree that this shouldn't be the place to resolve this but when you don't return my private ems you leave me no choice

Furthermore, right after your last post I sent our entire log of conversation and my order #s also listing on my personal em that I was blastncruz72 to your gmail acct. as you requested.That should be pretty simple to track down. I don't understand why this is all of a sudden a problem for you when for the past several months we had communicated in this manner. How can you not be aware of a single domestic issue when if you simply look back 4 weeks on this forum you can see your admission that you screwed up the orders and you also promised me on this forum that you were sending my missing gear early the following wk. a month ago. Just simply look back 4 weeks ago. Right now Iam going to send an em to your gmail acct tying me again to blastncruz72. Simply look for the em within 2 minutes of this post.

Ok Karl, let me get this straight. One month ago when you sent me unlabeled gear I told you I was unhappy about it because I didn't know what I had. Everybody can look and see that your exact words on this forum 1 month ago were "each product carries a distinct color like shown on the site" which would allow me to easily distinguish each compound. Well Karl, I followed your instructions precisely. Low and behold, it turned out that the 6 unmarked bottles that I thought were eq were primo 50 mg.. I know this for 2 reasons. First reason is that because, according to your instructions and the examples on your site, light blue tops are eq and dark blue tops are primo. I have 6 dark blue tops. The second reason I know this to be true is because I ran a Lab Maxx test kit on it and it tested positive for primo. For anyone doubting that I ran this test, if you look back 1 month ago you can see that I wrote to Drewsiph telling him of this test. I never ordered or wanted primo. YOU DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO DECIDE HOW TO SPEND MY MONEY! Furthermore, anyone who understands these compounds knows that if you were to run primo it needs to be run @ 600-800 mgs/wk. for 14-16 weeks. What I have here would run for 6 weeks @ 400 mgs/wk. which doesn't do shit. Now that I told you this your private em response to me was " the color of the tops depends on the local availability of the tops at the location of the lab." How convenient for you to change your story now. I would also like to know why you agreed to your screw up 1 month ago and promised to send me my gear early the following week on this forum which everyone can see. You also sent me a private em at the same time asking me to write a pos. review on here because I made you look bad, You assured me that I would receive all of my missing gear if I would simply write a pos. review for you. I took you on your word and wrote a positive review for you before you made good on your end. My mistake. What you don't know Karl, is that i've been contacted by other people who you've bamboozled in the same manner by forcing them to write pos. reviews for your lousy service before you do a damn thing for them. It turns out that you screwed them over in the same manner.
Lastly, you stated earlier today that your online website em was down and you posted this everywhere which was why you haven't returned my private ems. Well Karl, thats odd, because I went to your website and successfully sent you an em. Whats even more strange is that I've been dealing with you through my private ems in this same exact manner for several months without ever having a problem until now. The bottom line with you Karl is that not only do you not accept responsibility for your screw ups but you compulsively lie, deflect and put the blame on others for your own mistakes. you can paint this any way you want Karl but people see through your bullshit. I hope you don't mistake me for someone who is just going to give up on this and go away. You can still make this right by simply sending me the 6 eq and Cialis I paid for.

You clearly took the time to articulate exactly how the deal went down, hopefully Karl will take the time to read your posts and make it right with you. I am in the middle of an issue right now that I'm hoping he will make right.

Just give him one more chance to send you the stuff--I was pretty frustrated at a similar situation and was convinced by a mutual friend to give him a chance, so I too am waiting for my stuff--I'll be posting regarding if/when the stuff shows! Get tracking...

Thats just it fathasbeen. I am willing to give him a chance to make this right and have a future loyal customer for many years to come. All he has to do is simply give me what I'm owed and what he promised me 1 month ago. I've spent about a couple grand in the last few months alone w/ him. From a business stand point alone it makes no sense for him to do this to lose out on thousands of dollars per year for years to come.

I'm not sure what pic page your looking @ but the pics I was referring to are on sciroxxonline.com. On here the primo tops are dk blue and eq is lt blue

Sources page where the reviews are. Look at where ppl have posted pictures of their orders. Eq and primo are my favorites and I have ordered them for years. Eq has always been dark blue. Primo always black sometimes brown.

Also there is no labmax test for primo ace... I'm just saying. This guy has been around for awhile and not by screwing ppl. Also the color of primo is almost clear when you pull it and the eq is amber color. (Maybe this helps) His communication sucks sometimes but I have found him to be a man of his word.

Hey dooduu, the color of the oil in the dk blue top vial I have is clear. I'm glad that you were able to have gotten your gear without issue from K but that is not the case with many people. You can look back on this forum alone to see what I'm talking about. He has screwed up every order I've placed with him. I can live with that. What I have a problem with is when he lies, blames me for his mistakes and doesn't follow through with his promises. In my opinion thats screwing someone over.
