If there isnt a pinhole in the stopper just wipe it with alcohol ..and grape seed oil for what ?to cuase less pip if that is what you want to know .whatever you draw then draw the same of grape seed oil
x2 if there isn't a pinhole I'd still use it, then if shot volume isn't a concern then go equal parts with GSO like he says but since I try to minimize volume bec I can only get so much gear in 3cc more than that means more pins I find that normally adding half a ml to a ml will typically take care of PIP issues
I wouldn't use it just because it is open and the water isn't to expensive to buy more. Better to be safe then sorry... Or get someone to try it and be the guinea pig.. Lol. Also have you used there stuff before or is this the first time cause that would go into what I would do also...

normally I try to blend nice compounds with the mean ones so as to not release my inner pin ninja bec once released I resemble a pin cushion lol
