+ 1my wife ordered some injectable b12, alcohol swabs, sterile vials, and some insulin syringes. everything came in that she ordered but about a week later they sent out a mass email saying that the b12 has not been approved by the fda and was not to be injected. it went on to say a lot of other stuff as well, however the main issue is that the mass email had all of their customers emails in plain site so that every one that received the email could see everyone else's email . its not all that huge of a deal, but it is exposing peoples private email that some, including my wife, would have rather kept private. kind of putting people on blast there a little bit. not to mention they sold injectable b12 and waited a week or so to come back and say its not an injectable grade b12. like I said before nothing huge, just kind of a bunch of b.s. and not trust worthy. Needless to say we wont be ordering from them again...

If this is going to be true then they should probably be removed from eroids. Unless they're just saying it to cover their asses.

This has been the best accessory shop I've used, I hope they reopen and function they way they have always done.
Will not do further business with this source. I will update once someone from their company finally decides to get back to me. Product was ordered almost one month ago, tracking number did not work. Tried calling both customer service numbers and sent numerous emails. Card was charged but nothing came in the mail and no replies whatsoever from customer service.

None really needed. I ordered, got an email confirming my order, and then the next day got conformation of shipping. On my second order I ordered 50 syringes with needles, and they only sent the needles. I emailed scott to let him know the mistake, and the next time I checked my email a few hours later I was getting conformation that my replacement was being shipped. And instead of just sending me the syringes the owed me he send me 50 syringes and 50 more needles.
Extremely fast. like two days for all my orders.

t/a was 4 days including holiday and sunday. The problem for me was in the packaging, i ordered 3 bottles of bacteriostatic water and the outline could be seen thru the thin bag and they could easily be felt. I think most suppliers on here make it a point to be as discreet as they can with their packages. I see my mail man regularly and we know alot of the same people in my community, the last thing i need is him thinking my bottles of bac water are jugs of Juice. anyone who felt this bag would think that it was steroids.
I ordered from this establishment weeks ago. There was email confirmation, delivery updates and overall professional handling of the order. There were no problems.
