They do appear slightly low but not too much lower than 10 Ml's Im claiming hes short like .3 or maybe .4 of an ml if that in each... Pin that decatest and take it out on some steel...
I had a package that came from them that was soaked and it was a badly capped bolde. I sent Green Arrow a picture and he is taking care of it himself. They are very professional, didnt give me any shit or anything and even apologized.
