I have spondy like IFBB pro Durrah since I was 13 years old and living with that pain can be nightmare,That's why I started bodybuilding and going to the gym at 16 years old to build my back muscles so it can help with pain and It changed my life,now I live bodybuilding every day,even competed 3 times local shows mens physique...now is the first time I tried HGH and my back is lot better,I can do free weight squats and deadlifts,still not very heavy but I am so happy about that,its better and better each month!

Meal 1-90g carbs from jasmine rice , 50g from from lean beef or some days whole eggs and chicken
Meal 2- 90g carbs from jasmine rice,50g protein from chicken
Intra workout-15g EAA
Post workout shake- 50g pro from whey isolate,80g carbs from rice cakes
Meal 3- 90g carbs from white potato,50g protein from steak and mixed veggies
Meal 4- 90g carbs from jasmine rice ,50g protein from chicken,mixed veggies
Meal 5- 90g carbs from jasmine rice ,50g protein from chicken,mixed veggies
Meal 6- 90g carbs from jasmine rice ,50g protein from steak,mixed veggies
In most of my meals i add some veggies,there is no added fats but sometimes if i feel like i need them I do add half avocado to couple of my meals...some days I also remove carbs in all my meals before workout to help insulin sensivity,and on rest day i cut carbs a lot.
My workouts are 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off
Cardio is there every day post workout 20min and rest days 40min
I never have cheat meals or any junk food.
