I have spondy like IFBB pro Durrah since I was 13 years old and living with that pain can be nightmare,That's why I started bodybuilding and going to the gym at 16 years old to build my back muscles so it can help with pain and It changed my life,now I live bodybuilding every day,even competed 3 times local shows mens physique...now is the first time I tried HGH and my back is lot better,I can do free weight squats and deadlifts,still not very heavy but I am so happy about that,its better and better each month!
And for all you my friends on eroids community I will write you down my current diet 
Meal 1-90g carbs from jasmine rice , 50g from from lean beef or some days whole eggs and chicken
Meal 2- 90g carbs from jasmine rice,50g protein from chicken
Intra workout-15g EAA
Post workout shake- 50g pro from whey isolate,80g carbs from rice cakes
Meal 3- 90g carbs from white potato,50g protein from steak and mixed veggies
Meal 4- 90g carbs from jasmine rice ,50g protein from chicken,mixed veggies
Meal 5- 90g carbs from jasmine rice ,50g protein from chicken,mixed veggies
Meal 6- 90g carbs from jasmine rice ,50g protein from steak,mixed veggies
In most of my meals i add some veggies,there is no added fats but sometimes if i feel like i need them I do add half avocado to couple of my meals...some days I also remove carbs in all my meals before workout to help insulin sensivity,and on rest day i cut carbs a lot.
My workouts are 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off
Cardio is there every day post workout 20min and rest days 40min
I never have cheat meals or any junk food.

josipgatesI like to keep things very simple, less stress and easy to track or adjust something if needed... heavy weights with perfect form and push the food ;)

my lower back pain was always holding me back but now its better so cant be more happy..yeah man,I always had fast metabolism so staying leaner was never really a big problem for me but I still do my cardio and keep diet clean year round just for overall health and I feel so much better

Keep doing u man stay healthy and keep pushing forward and stay happy and have fun doing it enjoy it everyday it goes by faster and faster it was like yesterday when I was in high school, finally understood to enjoy it

Nice.. but thats a lot of carbs.. how r u not bloated on that, if i take 400g of carbs, my neck will be twice the size
josipgatesI was always high carb guy super fast metabolism...at high school always lean and I was eating just everything haha...but it was hard to gain size for me.
Even on HGH i still don't hold too much water,and no sides like CTS
well, i have a fast metabolism as well, but when im on gh, and eat around 400carbs, my body will look like a balloon, ton of water, no fat, and when i stop GH, i get shredded, day and night difference, but it deffinately changed my body in the last 9 months of use, dont have CTS up to 7 iu..
josipgatesI never hold water if my bf is low enough...did u lower your fats when increasing carbs and also watch on sodium/potassium ratio?
Btw I never go HGH over 4iu and training days only
AnonHappens to me around 3-400..I hold a fuck ton of water and look sloppy as hell, dropped down to eating 70% before/after workout. Other 30% is at Breakfast because I love bagles...
josipgatesFor me I only get fat fast if I add a lot of extra fat and it kills my apetite too,I feel like s**t...so most of the time I don't have added fats only some from my steak
