How was you running the mix 5 mate ....pre workout?
Just read your last post .....:pre workout
I use the un talked about pre workout mate so I will stick with that and then add in the mix 5 on my 4 week off time from the un talked about
Thats my man !! Thats great use of mix-5 ,harden up the un talked gains and tren is great to regain slin sensivity too
I sugest 1000mg metformin with post wo meal during off time from the un talked to regain easily and surely insulin sensivity without having to resist carbs
