5-weeks on 10mg BP var from crazydoser, dosed 5mg AM/PM after wife hadn't lifted weights much in past 2 years but she used to a lot before then. Up 13-15 pounds and a lot of strength.
*had to use free picture editor to combine pics on my phone- nothing edited other than cropping the pics side-by-side
