This is where I train. It is extra warehouse space where my business is located. Almost all the equipment was purchased from a local gym which had to down size and move to a smaller location. A few things were purchased from Craig's list. I train alone in here with my wife. A buddy and I have an arrangement and he trains several groups of young kids and a few groups of younger and older women in here privately for a living. He, his friends, and family train there too. He is a BEAST! I have enough scrap dumbells to build 1 pair of 200 pounders. Just have not ordered the handels yet.
