Back to this after my last physique upload lot of things happened in between got divorced had to start over completely but I got back to this from the last one naturally. Currently on cycle again. 187 is current weight. Body fat is higher however I always liked being bulky dudes who know me on here know that. However looking back at my past self shots I look better now

Honestly man she was a good woman for 15 of the 16 years. We had ups and downs but always had each other's back at the end of the day at the end the last year we both just gave up. The stress and bs was from the court they took the house from me the new car everything really I left with my clothes my car my music equipment which they tried to take half of she said she didn't want it and my guns. I had literally nothing 33 years old was sleeping in my mom's basement for 6 months talk about embarrassing but I can't blame her completely we both say down and agreed it was time to break it off.
I can't say enough for how I'm impressed by your attitude and fortitude. If my marriage failed after 15 yrs I don't think I could be as strong. You look great brother. I'm trying to get my shoulders to look like yours. +1 my man. Keep up that head space.
Thank you sir and I blast my shoulders my best friend who got me into this he died when covid hit pnuemomia took him out but he used to say your arms chest and shoulders fill out your shirt and are the first things people see. It's not about how strong you actually but about how strong you look. Miss that dude but I focus on those things my waist is currently 31 inches I'm shaped like a v forsure. Ahh fair enough buddy if things were like that, I took it more as she cheated on you and destroyed you with all the upset and then stress of the divorce. When my mother left my father when I was a young child she destroyed both of us together with her new boyfriend - we lost our home and everything because of all the debts they both racked up. I've never been married and probably won't be now at 43 yrs old but I've been on the end of some brutal women over the years, threw away my best years in my 20's for them when I wish now I just concentrated on myself and my training lol At least you both broke up amicably and didn't end up hating each other, although any breakup is pretty awful at the time especially being together for so long.
Oh yeah no it was just the court and trying to get my life back together is all
