I placed my order on May 1st, I got notification my order had been delivered on May 7th. I was excited it arrived so quickly. I knew the package was a bit small for all my merch, when I opened it, I only received 2 out of 9 items. I messaged cs, and they said they were assuming they read my order wrong, and they would contact the warehouse, and reship if necessary. This was on May 7. Today, May 10th, after no clear response, I left a negative review. Shortly after, I received an email stating my order would be shipped out today, and they would provide tracking for the remaining $900 worth of gear. They also updated the system from saying order complete, to awaiting tracking. Still waiting on that tracking info.
