Looking great brother! Very nice transformation and forward progress! I recall you experienced a major setback with a hernia surgery! Physique is tighter, leaner and more muscular! Outstanding work! +1 for moving forward and staying focused despite life's hardships!
Thanks man!!!! I have my moments, as we all do! I miss pizza lol
I'll change it up a little as soon as I reach my goal.
The look my body is changing into is nice!.
I know I am sacrificing some muscle. But it will come back.
Especially since I'm dropping naturally. No aas
Saving that for april.
Then just a simple test anavar cycle
KEEP KILLING IT,YOU ARE GONNA GET WHERE YOU WANNA BE +2
Thanks bro.
Means a lot it sucks not eating lol
Good work man, keep at it. Don't be afraid to eat those fats, ever since I upped my fats drastically and lowered my carb intake to only vegetables and fruit and what's naturally in my protein/fat meals I've been getting leaner and maintaining all lbs. I'm not a big fan of coconut oil, but some people swear by it, I make sure I get a daily dose of fish, walnut, macadamia nut oil. That seems to work for me. Anyway, good job man. Very impressive.

Yeah I think it trips my body out with the coconut oil.
Definitely get the fats my body dies better with low carb.
I hold a lot of water and feel sluggish wheb I carb up dirty or clean
Ya, I'm the same way with carbs, i get all puffy once I get over 200 grams a day. If I feel I need some extra ill take some waxy maize pre or post workout. Then I cut them off for the rest of the night. Hamburger, turkeyburger or peanut butter works for me the rest of the day.
AnonWOW. Shows how different we all are. I CUT at 200g carbs a day on cycle and drop BF reasonably fast nothing too crazy in terms of speed but it goes. Whatever percentage it is when the cuts between the top four abs get deep and defined + the cuts showing that my bottom 2 abs actually exist are visible, get some veins coming out of my belt line too on the adonis belt. I guess 10% but I have no idea. That's as low as I can go without going flat not being able to get a pump or lift my normal weights I've tried.
People seem to want to say I'm full of shit when I share what works for me ( particularly how many calories I actually take in ) so I probably went into detail too much. Sorry. If you include the shakes I put back 8 meals a day every training day always spaced 2-2.5 hours apart religiously except my post w/o shake (dextrose/waxy maize/whey/raw eggs) which I follow with a normal meal an hour later. Protein/fat never changed for bulk/cut only carbs. 6-7 on non-training days don't count cals and no shakes.
The biggest thing for me over time has proved to be, far as I can tell, keeping the time in-between meals very consistent. You can't fuck this one up on training days just can't. Having your body (incoming bro-theory) consistently not too full nor empty always working to digest but never overtaxed at any point + getting a steady glucose release as a result all day (more bro-shit) keeps insulin levels stable thereby maximizing your metabolic potential. Mess up one meal time by 1+ hour or skip a meal and I feel "off" for 12-24 hours very negative impact on my energy and digestive tract feels backed up. Next meal that usually goes right down will be difficult to finish if I can at all. I of course have ZERO science to put behind any of that it's just what happens to me personally when dialed in. My theory about it.
Weight was between 198-215 during that run bulked for half cut for half about, no crazy gear only test/EQ 600/800 with oral kickstart 18 weeks. Just saying so no one thinks I ran a death stack lol. Worked my carbs up and down slowly these are my highs and lows is all.
Food was basic as basic gets. Almost always chicken and an organic wild rice mix I like, organic almonds for fats + I cook everything in coconut oil for more fats. No real reason I just like coconut oil. Some fruit in the morning with first 2 meals then basically just rice or oats rest of day. I'm boring. Random salad 2-3 times a day never factored those calories in didn't use dressing.
Bulking 375-400 pro / 450-500 carb / 140 fat ( mega face bloat at 500 it was lol worthy )
Cutting 375-400 pro / 200 carb / 140 fat
Off cycle maintenance 240-260 pro / 250-300 carb / 100 fat
All of my cardio is work relared. I am honestly doing zero right now.
I'm only ratting 4 meals a day and small ones at that.
Breakfast is usually fruit and coffee.
Lunch salad with can of tuna on it only lemon and tiny oil.
I might snack on some nuts my be a another can of tuna.
Dinner chi Ken turkey lean steak and only like 6 to 8 ounce.
I haven't gotten super crazy with counting it all and and every meal to precision. I'm not trying to compete.
Since cutting. I haven't been using shakes. I feel they bloat me.
I work very early so my lunches usually packed I go to bed before 10 generally last night was 8pm.
I drink coffee tea eater.sunday I you've my self cheat day.
I'll have a couple tacos couple bloody Mary's
I stay away from beers.
I really feel that has been huge in my progress.
Yeah I'm weak and depleted but I have energy from the protein and good fats.i like feeling "empty" not full or bloated
Coconut oil is huge !!! I read nothing but amazing things about it.
When I am really dragging I don't deny myself a meal if I need to break away for a meal.
I will be adding cardio back in 3 to 5 times week 30 mins just eliptical machine and really hitting abs.
I really have had to check my ego.i am naturally a thicker guy. So not being strong and shrinking has been tough. But the look I'm taking on is awesome!.
my workout are short and quick really just maintaining.
going to start cycle simple April test 400 2 cc week anavar front and back. Going to blast and cruise this yr
AnonOne cheat day you'll be fine dude. 6 days clean a week is good. If you can figure out how to get some more meals in throughout the day - and try to keep the time inbetween them consistent within less than an hour difference between them - I think you'll benefit a lot. In results and how you feel. I know the prevailing idea is all that matters is how many calories you take in a day not when you get them really but I call BS at least in my body. Keeping my insulin stable all day (or whatever the fuck I'm actually accomplishing) keeps my energy level consistent seems to make me use a few more calories while sitting on my ass (perhaps the constant digestion burns a few don't know ) and keeps the carb bloat off to top it off. Even one messed up meal time and carb bloat comes back though. I think spaced out and timed correctly over a 10-14 hour period if you can fit 6 proportioned meals in or at least damn 5, even if it results in say 200-300 more clean healthy calories than what you get now, you will probably start losing bodyfat faster IF you are consistent with it for those 6 days a week. One day off isn't gonna kill ya. Timing is everything. I mean 30 minutes late to eat no big deal but 1+ hour throws it off for me.
I also see that breakfast is just fruit and coffee - you need protein every single meal. Always. You also need contrary to what some people think at least a small number of carbs per meal, just the few you get from a medium sized salad is fine but it's needed every time.
Taper your carbs down throughout your meals. What I mean by that is this. Let's say you are on 100g/day carbs and eating 5 meals. Breakfast should be your biggest meal dinner smallest carb wise. You'll feel better at work too I assume it's some sort of manual labor. Protein doesn't need to change and as far as I know neither do fats. If there's a benefit to fats changing I'm unaware but I sort of doubt it.
This is about a 1650 cal/day example. How many cals you need a day is your call I'd die on 1650 but maybe it's too many for you. Don't snack inbetween meals! Make a plan and stick to it brotha. If you can deal with less carbs go for it I know some peeps can handle closer to 50. But definitely get 25-35 with breakfast always, complex carbs like oats no fruit! Fruit that's low in sugar sure for other meals (if fruit low in sugar exists?) but not in your first meal.
1) 35 carb / 40 protein / 15 fat
2) 30 carb / 40 protein / 15 fat
3) 20 carb / 40 protein / 15 fat
4) 10 carb / 40 protein / 15 fat
5) 5 carb / 40 protein / 15 fat
Just boils down to consistency. Stay completely consistent with meal times for 2 weeks and I bet the scale will drop faster than you think + you'll FEEL better physically being consistent. I bet you'll hold onto much more muscle mass as well with something like this you need high protein when cutting it's a must.
Thanks for all input. Lot.of helpful information!
Yeah sometimes for me eating at 230am isn't possible when I work at 330.
hard boiled eggs will be best solutiin.
I know I am flatter when carbs get super low but the scale for my body moves much quicker.
Also the mirror.
My work schedule isn't set so my meal plan is hard to be on time everyday.
Some days I work at 330 am some days 10 am some 2 pm
I know if future as I add some carbs in and higher protein.
Stixknto.more complex. But I feel tired and sluggish even after I eat oatmeal. Might body just doesn't like it.
AnonYikes. That schedule is a nightmare no consistency.
When I was doing 8 meals I wasn't even working just school I had a lot of free time lol, How the hell else could I have cooked + eaten that much shit every single day + spent almost 20 hours in the gym a week. I knew I was moving to a new city after the semester wasn't about to work for pennies somewhere for 3 months part time when I had plenty saved up from a previous investment. So yeah I obsessively started BB'ing and got by far the biggest I've ever been instead LOL. No way I could pull it off now that I'm slammed most days, not like that.
Well good luck man, try to get something going the difficulty of the task will just make it that much more gratifying in the end.
Thanks man. I adjust as a
I can.
And make the best. I just Mae better choice throughout.
I can slam a can of tuna or something g in between hut that's all.
And I am dropping and it's extreme.
I have checked ego. I get it all I. Lean gains cyp april
Running test 400
150 test e
150 test c

Simple and clean.
Will I thrown around adding mast in end.
I really want to create a different body than I have had last 10 years.
And I am more than committed this round .
I am liking the leaner look. Plus I'm short so I loom round period. So if j stay under 200 around 8 to 10 bf I will be shocked and amazed
AnonHow often for how long and type of cardio you do per week? All them details. How many meals you eat a day? Not how many you ( or me lol ) want to say we do but how many for real. Do you go to bed tonight already knowing exactly what you're going to eat tomorrow and when? How long inbetween meals, do you time your meal frequency throughout the day seriously or is it just more or less down a healthy meal when you have time inbetween work and everything else? Life gets in the way. Ever drink ANYTHING besides water? Excluding shakes of course.
I'm no cutting expert when it comes to sub 10% to hell with all that, but over the years I have gotten good at maximizing my metabolism with some planning and unwavering consistency - for a regular dude in the gym anyways lol. The conventional black and white way to "cut" I usually see a lot around here and elsewhere just doesn't do it for me neither the diet or the cardio. Too harsh being carb depleted and who the hell feels good about themselves when losing strength? Outside of going 10% and below of course I just don't see the point of being miserable haha. I think most people can cut down to 10-12% while maintaining every ounce of muscle they have even making some gains to boot when AAS is involved. Let's compare notes....
