Hi my dear brothers ! I am regularly following my weekly progress. I am bulking but trying to add as less fat and bloat as possible. From last week i am up more than 1.5 lbs.
Arms are my weak parts i think but they are improving. My delts are improving too.

Keep grinding man. Everyday. We progress but not as fast as we would like. Everyday I train, eat, take my vitamins...thats 1 step closer, one more ladder rung climbed to reaching the end goal.
