Week 1 & Week 12 out of 16 plus PCT

By week 6 to 7 I was weighing in at 195 whopping pounds! that was a big deal for me as I have never weighed that much. My calorie intake was at about 4,500 and I was pretty thick and my diet was NOT in check.

However I was pushing weight through the roof. Around the heavy weight phase I had also lost my ability to do light runs. My legs were getting terrible pumps.

So I had the 20 pound increase, from 170 to 195, and by week 8 my diet became super strict and lean with carb cycling included.

Week 11 I ceased the carb cycling as I was having too much loss of energy and my reps with heavy weight greatly reduced. Started Creatine Load Phase.

Week 12 I feel like i'm about to turn into a fish if I eat one more can. Creatine intake increased. Carbs remodified near perfection to allow cutting and growth.

All of the key products being used are Lixus. Had to run with Proviron due to labido issues from Tren Ace sides. Tren Sides began 5 weeks into use which was about week 10. Night sweats (ocasional), and facial acne. by week 11 my back acne kicked in almost instantly, but it looks moderate (nothing too obvious)
My Legs can run forever again, but cardio is still kept to a minumum.

Goal is to Hit 9% body Fat while staying at 175 lbs and above. 4 more weeks to go plus PCT. This turkey bird is going to kill me :(

For sure, from the look his before pic is around 11-12% and he ended around 9%, unless he stores all the fat in his legs, but 14%BF does not look like that,

People hit the carb cycle a number of ways, some will make you weak but burn fat fast while others will just let you get the right amount without loss of energy and slow steady fat loss.

I started with a 4 day cycle
Day 1 300g (Carb Load Day)
Day 2 200g
Day 3 125g
day 4 60g

I usually crashed on the 4th day and would slowly start pushing the 60mg back up in little increments just to make it through a day. it gets hella bad.

The danger sign is the weakness (loss of pump) which comes after and with the irritability. once you start pushing into this phase you risk loss of muscle. and if your body actually adjust to low carbs than your really screwed. lol. Thats why you really shouldnt go more than 3 days cycles before reloading your carbs.

I wised up a bit further in and did it like this on a 3 day wrkout cycle
Push day - 250g
Pull day - 200g
Leg Day - 160g
Rest day - 160g
repeat Smile

Tips on low carb days eat tons of meat and proteins with high fats, thoes fats get used as an alternate source of energy, along with the fat you already have. I Don't feel starved or loss of energy staying at 160 and over, and my body fat keeps dropping.

All carbs MUST be COMPLEX CARBS. It will change your life style and piss some people off that are use to cooking for you. No sugars, No white breads, limited Dairy.

Every single food, brand name, fast food, everything is all at your finger tips with that app. and you can add up your complete day of total nutrition by the days end.

Google Carb cycling. There are just so many ways to do it, everyone has their own custom style.

Oh hells yes and plenty of it, I thought someone might look up an older post to look at it but it's gone like this:

Test Enan - Weeks 1-10 250mg x 2 ( 500mg EW ) boosted to 600mg EW on week 6
Test Prop - Weeks 1-4 100mg eod (Mon, Wed, Fri) 300mg EW
Test Cyp - Weeks 11-16 600mg EW and tapering to 350mg by week 16
dBOL - Weeks 1-4 30mg ed (10mg in morning, 20mg afternoon b4 wrkout)
Tren Ace - Weeks 5-13 100mg to 125mg eod (Mon,Wed,Fri)
Half way through tren I included sundays at 75mg.
became 4 pins EW averaging about 425mg EW

Nolva weeks 1-4 Every other, other day and as felt required. removed with intro to Tren.

Proviron 50mg weeks 7-16 Didn't do my homework about mixing tren and nolva. Also needed proviron for labido issues that was brought on by Tren intro. 1 week into proviron and I felt like I was 18 again.

HCG ordered and started on week 10 to make pct recovery a bit easier due to tren sides once again. Damn you tren!! damn you! LOL.

Clomid and Nolva will start 2 1/2 weeks from last cypionate pin.

The only reason I started cypionate was because I recieved the incorrect order, it was suppose to be enanthate. I was a bit dissapointed, but ehh..it'sget the job done.
