Ok I just noticed the comments on the pic. First off, I eat more than 5k cal a day. I dont eat junk food. I eat a lot of foods that are high in protien. I eat every two hours with shakes included in my supplements. My protien intake is good for me. As far as a noob far from it.I was actually 140 solid but did not pct like I should have so i lost most of my gains. I have a super fast metabolism along with the work that I do is very hard for me to increase in weight. When I first started lifting I was at 118. It did not matter what I did I was always between 118-125 tops. This is not my first cycle either. Like I have stated before, I didnt pct properly. This time I have my plan down on how to do things correctly and between cycles as well. I will post updated pics as i continue through my cycle.
Your wasting your money on gear. Seriously "noob gains" are gains that come very quickly to people that start out. Adding gear isnt really gonna help much.
Is this for real?
I guess everyone has there own starting point but in my experience I trained hard and long before thinking bout gear. I tried to get myself as big possibly before moving forward. Nobody is trying to put you down or anything like that all we're saying is you might want a better foundation to work with before moving forward
LB thanks for the input. I have tried for many years to put on weight and I was stuck between 118/122 I could never get pass that point. I know I have high metabolism, and with my work its like doing cardio for 10+ hours a day. I have posted pics on the progress though.
I appreciate it and I wont let the negative type of comments phase me. This is not my first time on a cycle and running this one I have more experience and will progress more.
well everyone is right bro eat, eat and eat. Diet and hard work first then after your diet is on point and you gained every last lb you can natty then some juice bro.
But to each his own so good luck I am kind of intrested in the progress of this guy
