I wouldn't have started at such a high bf. Since you're already in the deep end I would go on a calorie restricted diet asap. Make sure you keep your BP and estrogen in check .
Ya it was kinda hard to figure out a good pic but its just week 1 and once i get to week 4 ill post a better one, just like u guys said i just wanted a pic that i can look back on and see a difference, im trying to do it all right, i drink 3 isomass shakes a day and thats 2,820 calories and 216grams of protien alone then i got my vitamin c 1000mg a day, taking 2 triple strength fish oil 1500mg a piece also i got my multi vitamin. Hitting the gym as hard as i can and ima try to represent the gorillas proud lol, this eroids family has changed my game and any help or advice would be greatly appreciated
