+ 12 Water deplete time again bahhh i hate this part

Just a few practice pictures from last weekend, dropped a lot of water since then and I am a lot tighter and sharper now and have kept most of my 14lbs gain since last November when the season closed so very happy about that 
Hoping to do really well this year and hopefully compete in European competitions overseas.. who knows!
P.S. the (cough) hamstring shot is in there just to keep the MODS happy lol

After doing my water deplete for this ebc i have much much more respect for you guys!!! This is very tough and cant imagine what its like doing a real show because i about had a break down lol. You look great!!
