Was out of the gym 8 months from back surgery. But took me 6 months of non stop dedication to get myself back to where I was!!!!!

Way to push yourself, keep grinding and stay away from the injuries

Question, why only run the eq for 10 weeks! I tht she really starts to shine around 14-16 week
Good question. So I started noticing my skin getting really oily and acne developing and I know I've had this with EQ in the past so I cut it short. But yes generally I would run it longer
Ok cool, I hate to clog this thread up asking questions but why did u swap to short esters at the end!? Also are u TRT or did u pct after this
TRT, and the short esters were because this was going to be a precontest cycle i eventually decided not to participate but that was the reasoning.
Nice bro, u busted ass! Thanks for sharing cycle!
Now that’s inspirational. Good job bro!
Wow. Its crazy what we can achieve if we dont give up.
Instead of laying around feeling sorry for yourself and taking up drinking and pills you went back into the gym and kicked some ASS.. aweasome picture, aweasome way to live again
Keep kicking more ass you want something GO GET IT.
Skys the limit for you bro
