I started at 2IU a day then slowly moved up to the current 4IU. I have never slept better in my entire life. I wake up feeling rested and I'm losing bf even with my half ass diet, skin is looking tighter, I'll stay on these bad boys until I can no longer afford it. I introduced these to 3 of my friends and they are all happy with the results. Purely AMAZING Product here.
