itszoot89Bro, here’s the lowdown: you usually kick things off at 2 IU/day for a month, then bump to 3 IU the next month, and keep climbing until you hit your target or start feeling negative sides. If you get side effects, dial back to the last dose and work up again. I jumped in at 2.5 IU every morning as soon as I wake. Once I hit 4 IU, I’ll split AM/PM, aiming for 5–6 IU.
My baseline was crap!! 116 ng/mL at 36 years old (barely above bottom range) tested a week before TD—but I noticed it neurologically right away: intense vivid dreams and legit deep sleep, which I haven’t had in over a decade. No sides yet, and today’s day six of the run. Feeling great so far, but I’ll grab another IGF-1 test in two weeks to see where I’m at. Can’t wait to see your TD brother !!
