Stats: 33, a cunt hair under 6ft1, 257, 13%bf with 7 point calipers last week

Been starting my workouts w/ abs and cardio, then lifting. Noticing a leaning effect while still staying HUGE lol.... I used to lift myself to exhaustion and not do any and/cardio. Didn't have nearly the separation I'm getting
RustyhookerI can see that. Carbs get burnt off then muscles eat rest of the carbs blasting steel. Sounds like this routine is fit well for you.
I'm also eating almost 80 percent of my carbs around workouts... Pre is oats/banana and protein powder... Post will have some rice or sweet potatoes . Keep them low the rest of the day
