+ 11 Update SL

Dont wanna be one of those guys sits behind a keyboard pretending to play weight lifter, so heres an update. Hit stage in June 2019 @ 178 7% ish. Been bulking up since, I'm up to almost 200 staying fairly lean 10-12%. Surprised my vascularity is still way it is. Been hitting everything heavy twice a week. Bringing up all my weak points. Was running test cyp 150 ew, tren 200 ew. I was gaining very well on this, the low trend I was able to maintain a good appetite and sleep alot. My first show this year isn't until September, so I will be bulking up until may then cutting 4 months. Stopped gear due to the recent virus, but the gains will not be stopped Smile

With things harder to find now I'm trying to keep it clean but eat whatever I can to get the numbers in. Consuming more shakes at this point which I dont like.. Eating more tuna though too because it's still available here (out the can)

They only stock alittle at a time but let the elderly in the store an hour early and they buy it all up. Im pulling for ya goodluck man stay motivated

Thanks man that is rough. Yea I have mouths to feed that come before mine too so gotta consider that also. But times are tough, I still should be over 200 by May. Then its cut time! You took bro stay strong keep killing it

Forgot to mention eating 5-7k calories a day. Some meals are clean some meals are mexican restaurants haha

Thank you. It's everyday per meal 60-110 grams carbs 30 grams protein 20-30 grams fats every 2-3 hours from time I wake up. My carbs vary some but I make sure I get my proteins in always. I get 1500-3000 calories from weight gainer shakes, if I didnt I wouldn't be able to get my numbers in most likely. Diet was sloppy for a while when restaurants were open but cleaning up more lately. I eat alot of chicken tuna ny strips. Rice potatoes broccoli asparagus. I sauttee veggies or whatever I cook I use light olive oil to get good fats in. I eat more carbs around my workouts and less at night. When I start prep I will carb cycle the first two months at 50/50/50/150 ed then 2 months out will keep around 100 ed and have a higher day once a week like 150 if I feel sluggish boost metabolism.
