Well I feel that i'm holding some water, but I'll deal with that later. I have put on about 6-8 pounds depends on what I had the day before. This is morning weight before first meal. I'm starting to put on a little fat so i will be dialing in my diet some more real soon. I have a few things I plan to try out for this comp since i have more time I hope it does not screw me up. we shall see. I think you could win this just stay with it. I'm going to keep you motivated. No slacking.
