I was dumb and never pulled natty IGF levels but this is on 4iu/day taken in the morning upon waking. Hands aren't tingling but they do feel very tight and my appetite has increased.

How long have you been running 250mg of test c a week? That test number seems a little low. Do you know if you're a low responder to testosterone?
8 weeks. I am a low responder sadly, I sit around in the mid 600s with my TRT dose of 125mg/wk from a clinic. Much better than my natty 302 level at 25yr old lol
I posted my latest labs on GK Test e, 50mg/day (350mg/wk) and was very disappointed. Same expiration date. 550 was my test score. I do know his older expiration date test is gtg tho.
