+ 5 **update** im new. Working on bulk. Especially trying to really get my delts to pop.

Ok,,re post minus the face. I apologize,,,I thought I had deleted the post showing my face and was at work so I couldn't easily check but it wasn't deleted so I suffered some neggs, in any case this is a two month difference from left to right. Nothing super impressive but steady improvement. Using mostly same source and now finishing out 15-20 weeks sustanon/EQ cycle to help bulk a bit more. Will be switching up the way I train to mainly freeweights, for power and strength now,,lower reps and heavier weight.
