I'm entering a qualifier. Last event I finished 4th. Super disappointing. I just fell flat. I've been a gym rat for a while and I'm new to the actual sport of bodybuilding. I train with a couple guys entering the same qualifier. It's gonna come down to drying out and blasting before I hit the stage. Thanks for the motivation bro
Yea i didnt even know that but it looks like your ready i think you get the posing down pat its on i've never competed im not in that kinda shape so 4th is not bad my gramps placed last in a comp but was all natural and was just livin the dream at 235lbs

its the fourth quarter man. You either do what it takes or you dont. Not to much motivation At this point other than shift to fucking autopilot and grind it out.
