The bottom right pic is two weeks old. Same" no pump" think I'm looking lityle fuller. Feel better in gym and up a few lbs. It wss struglle two werks ago to get 8 reps 365. Squat. I hit the floor when I squat. This week it was much easier n my sets getting to thier were much better and in those sets I added reps. So the strength is coming back

Five years ago or so I was 240 ish and I remember a dr saying 30 plus bf I had a shitty spare tire. It seems to all go to my gut. But now I'm 249 and definitely a whole lot less fat. If I couod get abbs people I knew growing up wouodt recognize. Was always a pudgy kid. Even at my progress now people from past are amazed. So here we go two weeks in on kalpa t bol n prop. And just added x's tren a. 11 percent here I come
