I agree with Gorilla as well but let's think about it. Yes it does boil down to proper diet and nutrition. But there is no point in being lazy and not doing cardio. Why not do proper diet and nutrition and cardio? We are all doing steroids. That means we are pumping shit into us that raises or RBC and our blood pressure. Which is why we preach on consistently keeping an eye on our BP. There is a lot more than what's going on, on the outside. The inside is just as important. I'd you don't take care if your heart as well since its a muscle too then you don't know when your hearts last rep will be. Get you a good cardio routine and get your diet in check and I'm sure that problem area will have no problem in peeling right off.
I don't think anybody ask... What's your cycle looking like? This could play a factor as well if your running gear right now.
Test e 500mg wk, tbol 100 daily, Ran som of monstas supertren for 3 weeks deff made my strength go up. Aramosin at 6.25 eod. gonna taper off w some prop in about 4 weeks. my cardio has not been on point like my other wrkouts. diets solid through the week and the weekend hits and im an asshole n fuck it up. im deff gonnahit the stairmaster 3-4 times a week n tweek up the diet to see how it goes.
If your running tren it's going to have an effect on your cardio for sure. But it's all going to be trial and error. You'll find what works for you. That stair master will burn more calories than a treadmill ever thought about. Plus it's a bonus if you have stubborn calves. Use it to your advantage.:-)
my coworkers always get on me for my calves. im gonna get on it tomrow n see how it goes
Think about each step as a calf raise. Make the muscle do the work.:-)
waltrAb I've never stepped onto a stair master.
what settings would be good for moderate intensity on it?
I put mine on about 5-6 and increase/decrease intensity as I feel needed. You can use it got a number of things. It just takes some experimenting. You can hit hips, hams, glutes and calves. I'll get on it for about 20 minutes after leg day just to get blood flowing through the muscle and flush out some of the lactic acid in there. It really helps cut the soreness out the next day.
waltri'm gonna try it out for my morning cardio tomorrow, thanks for the tip dude
Ain't no problem, Homie!
Totally agree with Gorillafit on this subject, it all boils down to spot-on diet and nutrition. +1 for nice shoulder and arm development.
waltrMy cardio looks like this and has been working very well for me on a 150 calorie defecit, which isn't much at all.....
Fasted cardio for 30 minutes 6 days a week on a stationary bike.
relatively easy setting somewhere in the range of 8-10
for me it's been allowing me to drop the body fat without losing any muscle at all, weight has actually been going up since I've started
Personally I don't like cardio for fat loss. IMO cardio is best used to keep your heart and lungs healty to allow you better workouts and faster recovery.
I prefer Nutrition control for fat loss. Maybe it's because I'm old and lazy! LOL ;-p
Think about the time spent: 30 mins at 4mph on a tread mill to lose 300cals. One slip with nutrition and you can add 2000 cals in 10mins! Good Luck Bro!
waltrGfit you go big when you cheat on a diet don't you?
lol
Go Big or Go Home! LOL ;-P
2000 cals is like a 1/4 Pounder meal at McDonalds. It doesn't take much.
i can picture his cheat meals something like the rocks ive seen on facebook. Shit is serious.
Old? Either you have some fucking awesome HGH or you had some 30 year old stand in for your EBC pics.;-)
Damn Good HGH, 51 bro, you'll see, when I drop the fat, my belly will look like a Shar-pei puppy. LOL ;-P
Lol you are deff right bro, Gonna try and tidy up my nutrition and stop messing around on weekends. Thanks
What does your cardio look like now?
bro honestly ive never been big on cardio. usually just warm up with the eliptical and do abs for about 20-30 min 3 times a week after workouts. i know thats nothing at all. Gonna step it up big time. i wanna start using the stairmaster. My diet has been pretty solid, weekends sometimes can be killer now that the weather is nice. Any input on what to do?
The step master is an awesome way to go. That's exactly was I was going to suggest. Save it for post workout. Maybe do 3 30 minute sessions a week. Increasing water intake to will help since water helps metabolise fat. But continue doing your warm up before you workout.
Will do bro! Thanks
