Got a nice shoulder workout while watching the baby while wife is out. noticed my veins popping a bit more today. on week 3 of my tren a, mast prop and test prop cycle. Last pic is for shits n giggles. Bowflex dumbells are a good investment for times like this. Sorry for the shitty quality pics lol
