was just bored browsing through my ipad and found some back shots i recently took right before i got sick. im totally depressed now. let's just say a heart surgery and a few months later has taken its toll on my progression. now im dying more than ever to get back in the gym. hopfully soon....

Hitman187im a firm believer in that everything happens for a reason and serves a purpose in your life. what that purpose is for this happening to me i don't know yet. it may take weeks, months, or even years but im sure one day ill find out.

It's always good to see a great back shot of another man, no home lmao. Yeah gotta get back at it, nothings better than a good ol gym session, best cure all know to man!!
It's not going to be as hard as you might be telling yourself, I had a week off and thought I'd lost every gain, more than likely it was probably a good thing. Obviously being out longer it's a tougher road to walk. Two weeks back at it you'll be firing, ready for the next year's ahead.

Hitman187thanks brother i appreciate everything that you said. your right nothing better than a good gym session, sure helps cure alot of different issues, its my therapy. up until a few days ago i still couldn't do any pushups because they cut threw my chest, but now im able to bang out a few. im definitely pushing myself but im takig it slow, i wanna be ahead of the game and ready for when the doctor tells me i can go back at it.
