Never seen one like this. it has a plastic thing over it that moves up and down. this is all the way down. And then all the way up. Is this a set measurement type deal? They have never sent me these before thanks for replying

RustyhookerSafety sheath so you font accidently poke yourself
Almost looks like a safety syringe. Lock out at full extension after use so you can't get a needle stick.
