+ 5 TRT changed my life, 2 years in.
When people hear steroids they automatically think the worse. Media has skewed public portrayal of testosterone in such a negative way which is distant from the truth. TRT has changed my life and helped to enhance my quality of life in every way possible. I remember the morning when I asked myself why I felt so weak and tired. I decided to get my bloodwork done and sure enough it showed test levels in the low 300s with very low free testosterone. I wasn't getting rest from sleep and felt lethargic throughout the day. I couldn't focus during my studies and often times felt sad and tired. I was pretty active in my late teens and did powerlifting with respectable numbers. However, I did not have as much free time to dedicate due to my studies and work. I still made sure to get some exercise in atleast three times a week. Even with this goal, my recovery was horrible, I would be aching and sore for days, and losing the fat was very stubborn. Once I made the decision to go onto TRT with bloodwork, I have never looked back. I just started to incorporate low dose HGH due to my low igf levels. TRT has changed my life for the better and I am happy to have improved my quality of life.
No tiromel that was a typo for my review meant to say Levithyron so my bad on the mix-up. Have T4 on hand just in case the GH lethargy kicked in. Have ran low dose Masteron and Tren as well and try to blast half the time I cruise.
Diet was switched to intermittent fasting with a 8 hour window . That sucked so much at first but eventually i got used to it. Exercise was switched to super sets with Giant sets sometimes. I made sure to keep intensity up to keep the HR in a higher range so that it would promote fat loss. Waist size went down from 37 to a 33 as well.
Split alternates in 8 week blocks as follows:
Monday-Back biceps
Tuesday-Chest triceps
Wednesday-Legs
Thursday-off
Friday-Arms
Saturday-hamstrings and traps
Sunday-off
Monday-push
Tuesday-pull
Wednesday-legs
Repeat.

Outstanding work man +2 this is what it’s all about, committing to it and staying motivated! Good job
Manateeswimmer5678Thank you sir! I really enjoy the mental aspects that TRT has provided. The physical boost is always a plus but I can think much clearer now and have way more energy than before. Just wish TRT didn't have such a negative stigma with the masses but again I guess that gives us an edge! Lol
unbelievable transformation, well done!
Manateeswimmer5678Thank you man! It can only go up from here!
Whoa.. Going down 4 inches on your waist is major! Kudos to you!

Or the change of diet and exercise
Manateeswimmer5678Edited to include now. Mentioned I started HGH low dose recently.
AnonAwesome, you've done excellent work, only mentioning the trt makes it look like it's a miracle.
Trt definitely helps with weight loss and muscle gain for those who truly need it! But what you've done is progress further than what simple trt is capable of imo.
Manateeswimmer5678Thank you man I appreciate it! You're absolutely right man, TRT Definitely does help and mast, tren, HGH push you above and beyond. I really enjoy the mental edge that TRT has given me most of all. I just think clearer, am able to focus, and am more confident and positive overall.
AnonYeah I felt like a god going from life at ≈300 test to 3000 lol
Manateeswimmer5678Yessir! 200mg test cyp had me at 1093 so with help and advice from @PEZ I'm gonna knock it down to 175mg a week for my cruise to see how my bloods are.
