I believe trt is usually prescribed at 1- 1.5 mg/kg. For a doctor to shoot out the gate at over 2mg/kg seems odd. I would expect a doctor to start at the low end, test after 5 weeks and adjust as needed. Not start high and see what happens. Very unusual.
Regardless... I suggest to take JL advice.

Rusty, I agree with you that 200 mg/week is typically not trt. But there are any factors that can effect your trt test results. Pin schedule, draw time, shbg, metabolism, size. My point is, not many people can achieve 850tt with 75 mg/week, well maybe at peak but not avg or trough. 100 to 125 mg is imho more realistic to the average person.

Peace out

I hear ya. And after 11 years on this site and seeing posted bloods.....theres many folks tellin tales.

And yes, after being here from the beginning 100-125 is common as each persons breakdown of test is different. Even more true is WHAT these folks leave out on forum but ask about on pm. Next thing ya know its 200trt, pills, tren, hgh, taboo and theyre 165 lbs at 6ft tall. Drugs are the big lie

People need to remember with trt, it's not always about just high numbers, but how you feel. Especially mentally. Ofcourse libido and blood markers are also very important. Trt, in my opinion should be kept as simple as possible, ie no ai, no clomid, no hcg(unless your old lady needs a baby). From my own experience, when your dialed in, life is very enjoyable.

Thanks man, have a good weekend too.

Exactly, were all individuals. I would say there's what one would consider healthy limits, the 200mg range I'd say would be it, but... we all respond differently so...

Because trt clinics(200mg/week) are not what we typically call doctor monitored trt. Typically these clinic will be treat anything and everybody regardless their numbers or age. Not many and I mean probably less than 10% need 200mg/week to achieve trt levels especially at 29 years old. Maybe this is you, maybe not. Most people here call this cruising.

X2

A man in the late 40s like me need 150-250mg, I use 200 and my level is in range (upper range) depending on your system. A 29yr old guy, healthy and fit with just a bit low natural test level I'd put on 50mg twice per week or 75-100mg once per week MAX.

I’d start with blood work and a lot of research. Do you actually need to be on trt?

Then you should be getting regular blood work done. If it’s recent post it up. If not, get new bloodwork done. Full panels.

Do you have lipids, CBC, e2? A single low test is not enough to go off of.

No, I just saw your other post. Figure out the issue before adding anything else.

You mean just throwing more random drugs blindly at the issue won’t fix it?!! Lol
