Recently a couple of friends of mine and I put together a teenage bench press contest for all the kids on summer break. We did 3 basic classes. 150 lbs and down. 151 lbs to 200 lbs. 201 lbs and up. It was a good turnout. Every kid that entered got a nice t-shirt and the 3 bests got these trophies. I had sent Muta an email about it long before we did it and he was kind enough to send me a freebie with one of my orders to sell to help pay for the trophies.
